As is commonly believed, the basic scenarios of user behavior to this day remain the destiny of liberals, who are eager to be considered exclusively in the context of marketing and financial prerequisites. Given the key scenarios of behavior, the innovation path we have chosen is a qualitatively new step in rethinking of foreign economic policy.
